Please be patient—they have a lot of information to collect before emailing everyone. Their information can be found at https://awesomeorchestra.org/section-ambassadors
MUSICIANS
* This event is open to all ages*
This session has space for: 10 flutes, 6 oboes, 10 clarinets, 6 bassoons, 8 horns, 8 trumpets, 8 trombones, 2 tubas, 10 percussion, 2 harps, 4 piano / organ, 16 choir, 24 violins, 12 violas, 12 cellos, 4 basses
Waitlist Protocol
Our community of musicians is growing (which is AWESOME), but sometimes that means that some sections fill up quickly (especially flutes and clarinets). You can still sign-up via the form, but if you notice on the form that your instrument has a “this section is now FULL but you can still sign up to be on the waitlist” tag on it, don’t despair! We usually take players off the waitlist as some folks’ plans change. When that happens, you’ll be notified by your Section Ambassadors via email.
AUDIENCE
You DO NOT need to RSVP for this event - it’s free and open to the public of all ages. But If you’d like to get an event reminder email with audience specific info a few days before the event, you can sign up here!
